STO Error on fresh install

STO Error on fresh install

I just reinstalled using the online installer and then I got this error when trying to run the launcher itself. Also I have tried the 'Get a working launcher file from someone else' that did not work.

If you haven't already, you might want to make sure windows firewall is off. You might even want to open the ports the launcher uses on your router as well. Dunno if either of that will fix your problem, but it's somewhere to start.

Try using the Champions online launcher as you can patch STO through that...
