I'm leaning towards not making it Fleet only however I do intend to go to a registration system. depending on what kind of server we end up going with. I know I've had a few friends in the current Vent Server that will likely chip in as well since they are using the Vent even though they aren't in the fleet itself. However I should make it clear, as I have to them, that once we go live the Fleet takes priority. I think it will be rare that we will fill completely up. Currently we are but only because of the small cap I currently have on the server. For live I intend to have a 100 man cap as opposed to the 25 we currently have. Well that is my tentative plan. We are still working out how we are going to get this thing on the road so...
